Crystal therapy

A calm, restorative session for clients who enjoy crystals as part of their personal wellbeing practice.

I completed a two-year practitioner diploma in Crystal Therapy in 2002 with the Vantol College of Crystal Healing, followed by an advanced diploma in 2009.

Crystal therapy is offered as a relaxing complementary wellbeing practice for people who enjoy working with crystals and reflective or energy-based approaches. Clients often use the time to slow down, rest and create space away from everyday demands.

What happens during a treatment?

After an initial consultation, you are made comfortable, usually lying face up on the treatment couch and covered with a blanket. Crystals may be placed on or around the body as part of the session. Many clients find the experience restful and relaxing.

A session lasts approximately one hour. Every person’s experience is different, and you can choose whether you would like a single appointment or to return for further wellbeing sessions.

Crystal therapy is offered for relaxation and wellbeing. It is not a medical treatment and should not be used in place of medical advice, diagnosis or care.
